Alpha Mindset Supplements reviews return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We especially want to hear from you if your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or there is another issue with your order.

Report an order issue

Please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of any damaged packaging or items when relevant. For an incorrect item, please include a photo of what you received.

Review and resolution

We will review the details and respond with the available next steps. A return, replacement, or refund is not automatic and will depend on the circumstances of the request. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions if a return is approved.
